How do I return an item?
We offer refunds within 28 days. Please send back the item you wish to return in the original condition/packaging to the address on the invoice . Once received, we will process your request within 5 working days. Replacement items for faulty goods will be dispatched with no additional charge for postage. Refunds will be made to your original card and we will send a refund confirmation email. Please allow about 7 working days for payment to appear on your statement.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition/packaging, and be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice on which place state which sizes you would like in exchange if required. If you think you can wear a Johnny Tuxedo all night, then send it back to us for a refund or exchange, think again.

Email firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery prices for other countries. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All estimates are based on orders placed before 1pm. If you order on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day. We use third party carriers so there will occasionally be circumstances that are out of our control which may affect delivery times.
Will you deliver to my work address?
Of course we will! Just enter your work address at the checkout stage. We will always get a signature from someone when we drop your package off but we can’t be responsible if it then goes missing in your building. That’s up to you.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once we’ve dispatched your items, we will send you an email to the email address you used to place the order. Occasionally we will dispatch items separately so you may get more than one email. We only charge once for postage, no matter how many packages your order is split into.
What if I receive a faulty item?
This is the last thing we want and we would be very very sorry if it happens. You should either return the item to us for replacement / refund (including your postage costs) or call the j-phone 0845 3058414 if you would like to speak to us about it.

I am ordering for delivery outside the UK. Will I need to pay customs charges and duty?
All our items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and any charges for customs and import when we mail abroad will need to be paid by the customer. We are not experts in this area so you may need to check with an expert to be sure of the exact amounts.
Do I have to pay to return items?
Yes, sorry we can’t offer free returns. Please remember we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post so we recommend you use a postal service which insures you for the value of the package.
How do I exchange an item?
We know its disappointing when something is delivered that doesn’t fit so we want exchanges to be as easy as possible. Just note this on your invoice and we will do our best to get the new item out to you the same day.
Help, I have lost the receipt
Just print off the original email and include it in the box when you return your items. Write us a note explaining why you are returning your items and what you would like us to do.
My returned item was refunded but you did not refund the postage charge!
Sorry, that’s right. We refund the full amount of your item but not the delivery charge.
